Update your profile
Generate, download and print a BUK Personalized Payment Form (BUKPPF) to be paid using Remita e-Payments and e-Collection platforms. Make sure you carefully read, understand and follow the payment procedure, as BUK will not be liable for any loss of funds as a result of incorrect data entry, which may lead to unnecessary delay in validating and processing of payment. Payment can be validated by the students via clicking check payment status at the payment page.

Schedules:

Day 1 Wednesday, 12th February, 2025. Convocation Ceremony for Faculties of, Allied Health Sciences, Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Arts and Islamic Studies, Dentistry, Communication, Education, Engineering, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and Phamarceutical Sciences.

Day 2 Thursday, 13th February, 2025 Convocation Ceremony for Faculties of, Agriculture, Computing, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Law, Economics and Management Sciences, Social Sciences and School of Continuing Education (SCE).

Day 3 Friday, 14th February, 2025 Convocation Lecture.

Day 4 Saturday, 15th February, 2025 Award of Emeritus and Honorary Degree.

RETURN OF ACADEMIC GOWNS

The Academic gowns should be returned to the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) before 3:00pm on the same day of the convocation. The Book of Proceedings will be issued upon return of the Academic gowns. Failure to return the gown by 3:00pm on the day of the convocation would attract a fine of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only.

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE

Certificates are to be issued at the Abubakar Rasheed Senate Building ground floor. Graduands are to present Book of Proceedings, a clearance from the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) and original Statement of Result.
